How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress at any time!
Can I update my shipping address?
If you've just placed your order and need to update the shipping address, please email us at support@craftiezshop.com with your order number as soon as possible. There's a small window to make changes once your order begins processing, so acting quickly is important. Please note that once the order is in progress, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can usually be canceled if they haven't yet been processed by our fulfillment network. However, due to our fully automated system, the cancellation window is very short. If your order has already moved beyond the cancellation period, you will need to initiate a return.
Can I return my order?
We offer hassle-free, no-questions-asked returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in perfect, resalable condition, as we cannot accept opened products. If a returned item is found to be in non-resalable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
What is the shipping time?
We have warehouses in both the US and China, and your order will be shipped from the most suitable location based on the product's availability. Shipping times vary depending on the product's origin. Kits available in the US typically arrive within 2-6 business days, while those shipped from overseas may take 7-14 business days. Please look at your tracking that will be provided through email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping, and there are no additional fees involved.
What if I never received my order?
